Virtual campus

A virtual campus is the online space where a school gathers its courses, its students and its brand. It acts as the institution's digital home: students log in, study and track progress there.

The word comes from academia and carries that connotation: more than one course, more than one instructor, and an institutional identity behind it.

It differs from simply uploading videos to a platform. A campus has its own brand and domain, so the student belongs to the institution rather than to a marketplace where your course competes with a thousand others.
